🧾 Duties, Customs & Taxes

For International Orders (Outside of Hong Kong): Alya Stone operates on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the product prices and shipping fees displayed at checkout do not include import duties, VAT, or local sales taxes.

  • Responsibility: All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery to the carrier.

  • Payment: Your local customs office will contact you directly via email, phone, or mail to settle these charges before releasing your package.

  • Refused Packages: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected customs charges, the package will be returned to Alya Stone. In this event, the original shipping fee, return shipping costs, and any duties incurred by Alya Stone will be deducted from your final refund. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will apply to refunds made to the original payment method.

You will receive your tracking number via email once your package has shipped from the warehouse.

Regarding Refused or Undeliverable Packages:

The following costs will be deducted from your total refund:

Import Costs: Any duties and taxes incurred during the process.

Restocking: A 15% restocking fee (applicable to refunds made to the original payment method).

Shipping Fees: Both the original outbound shipping and the return shipping costs. 

Tip: You can avoid the restocking fee by choosing Online Store Credit for your refund instead.
