How this piece is made

Made to order in solid gold (9K–18K) or platinum — never plated. Crafted from scratch in about 10–14 days in the workshop we're based beside, then quality-checked before it ships.

What's included

Your ring ships with our signature packaging, an authenticating certificate, and our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Plain and partially-set bands include one complimentary resize within 12 months — shipping both ways at your cost.

Eternity rings are made to your exact size. Because the stone-setting runs continuously around the band, they cannot be resized and are final sale.

Returns & Exchanges

Return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in their original condition. Store credit returns the full item value with no fee; a refund to your original payment method carries a 15% restocking fee. Shipping both ways is deducted either way.

Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, for the original owner. Not covered: normal wear and tear, damage from chemicals, water or excessive force, loss or theft, and any work done by a third-party jeweller.
